WELLNESS WEEK(END) 2026

Wellness Week(end) is a one-of-a-kind gathering where powerful voices, honest conversations, and deep community come together in one place. This signature experience centers Black women living with MS, lupus, NMOSD, and the support squads who walk alongside them every day — spouses, partners, besties, caregivers, family, and friends.

Together, we create space to feel seen, supported, and strengthened.

At its heart, Wellness Week(end) exists to empower, equip, and inspire our community to live well with autoimmune disease — not someday, but right now. Through meaningful panel conversations, expert-led talks, and restorative wellness sessions, attendees gain practical tools, renewed confidence, and lasting connections.

Living with MS, lupus, or NMOSD looks different for each person. For Black women, the journey often includes additional layers that deserve recognition, care, and community-centered solutions. That’s why this gathering matters so deeply.

Black women are often the anchors of their families and communities. When they are supported, entire circles are strengthened. By bringing their support systems into the room with them, Wellness Week(end) expands what healing and advocacy can look like — and helps raise awareness about autoimmune disease in ways that are personal, powerful, and far-reaching.

This is more than an event. It’s a space to reconnect with possibility. It’s a place to be poured into. It’s community in action.
