Hi Family, We would like to invite you to participate in a short survey (15 mins) to gather your thoughts, feelings, and experiences as a woman of color with MS. This information is being collected by PRIME Education, a continuing medical education company that studies challenges and gaps that patients and providers face in healthcare and provides education for healthcare professionals with the goal of improving patient care. The information you share with us is anonymous, and your answers will be combined with the other participants' responses and analyzed as a group. We will use the information to make an educational program that helps physicians, nurses, and other health professionals understand and address any challenges that women of color face in caring for their MS.
